Questions brands ask us about creator content

What does a content creation firm do?

We get brands a steady supply of creator videos. Creators who like your product make them, you post them, and the best ones run as ads from the creators' own accounts, with the rights in writing.

Is this the same as a UGC agency?

Close. UGC is short for user generated content, videos made by creators for your brand. A lot of UGC only ever runs from the brand's own page. Ours can also run from the creator's own account, with their name on the ad.

Can we run ads from a creator's own account?

Yes, we can run ads from creators' own accounts too. We usually start with normal posts to see which creators click with your brand. Some creators do great for one brand but not another, because the audience isn't a match. So we always test first. Then we get the rights to run ads from their accounts.

Why run ads from the creator's account instead of our own page?

Same ad, different sender. From the creator's handle it reads as a real person, not a brand, so it gets more trust, more clicks, and cheaper CPMs, and that trust matters most in regulated categories.

What is whitelisting?

Whitelisting is running ads from a creator's own handle. The creator gives your ad account permission, and the ad shows their name and face with your offer in it. We run it on Meta and TikTok.

We've tried whitelisting before. Why would this be different?

Most brands have done whitelisting with influencers, but they haven't had nearly enough volume, as well as consistent creative, to use. So we keep new creators and new videos coming, and only put money behind the ones that work.

Do the creators need big followings?

No. When a video runs as an ad, your ad budget pays for the reach, so the face and the video matter more than the follower count. On September 13, 2026, a creator with 5,283 Instagram followers was in 10 of AG1's live Meta ads.

Do we get the rights to the videos?

Yes, in writing, before anything runs. You get the right to run each video as an ad for a set time, the creator knows exactly what they're giving, and we can extend it on the videos that keep working.

Do you do product seeding?

Yes, it's usually where we start. The seeding play we use: send free product to a wide group, pay only the few who post unprompted.

Can we see the videos before they run?

Yes. You approve the brief and the first video before anything goes live. If you're a brand with strict rules, we'll even help you write the content plan and make sure it follows every rule.

We sell supplements. What can creators say?

Creators share their own experience and point people to you, they never diagnose, recommend, or make a direct health claim. It's framed as lifestyle and experience, never a claim. Every word is reviewed before it posts, with disclosures done properly.

Can you promise results?

No honest agency can promise views or sales, because nobody can predict the algorithm. Anyone who guarantees that is not telling the truth. What we can do is test creators first and put your money behind the videos that work.

What does it cost?

The content audit is free. After that, it depends on how many creators and videos you need each month, and we'll tell you on the call.

How do we start?

Book a call and tell us what you sell. We'll send you over all the info before we meet. Then we'll review them together.
